While the rooms are a bit dated, they are very comfortable. The staff is absolutely superb. The kindness and willingness to work with snafus is outstanding!

Genuinely one of the best stays I’ve ever had solely because of the comfort and help of the staff and everyone who works here. I was welcomed very nicely by the main guy who works at the front desk and we talked football (go Jaguars by the way!) after we left our suite we forgot multiple items on accident and was immediately helped by staff, from the lady to the front to Emma the housekeeper talking to us and helping us from the bottom of my heart thank you and this is one of the best stays you will ever have

It’s a great place to stay for a long time. They have a kitchen and they provide all the utensils necessary. They have extra utensils. If you need, you can go and borrow them like rice cooker, grinder, everything like and the staff is so so so polite and helpful. They also clean the house every week. Once yes, the location you won’t find any nearby supermarket like walkable distance, but you can book a cab, Uber and go to target, which is very nearby.

I really enjoyed the stay here. Rooms were very clean and spacious, and staff was friendly and accommodating (shout out to Lisa :-) and the Manager who held my packages until I could get them). Having a gym onsite was great and convenient but I also enjoyed the beautiful, peaceful scenery if I wanted to take a walk outside. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

I had a one bedroom and even though the furniture is a bit worn, the room was clean,and the front desk was extremely friendly. The hotel is well maintained. Having a full size fridge, stove, dishwasher,and a nice size desk, made me feel like I was at home. Very comfortable. I would definitely stay again and recommend this location.

This review is more about Joanne at the front desk. Even though the rooms are nice for the price and the location is great! Joanne went above and beyond to help me get situated into my room on a last minute walk in request. She was very helpful and understanding. My day was already falling apart, and she helped pull it back together with top-notch customer service! Traveling during the holidays can be stressful. Thank you, Joanne, for being so helpful and understanding! We need more like you in the customer service world!

This place is great. I initially had an issue between Expedia and the hotel. The manager Rafael handled it immediately. The clerk at the desk ,Nick, was wonderful also. I will stay here again. My go to hotel when I'm in the area. I would recommend booking through the hotel site and not a third party in case there are complications.Thanks guys for all your service. Cheers !

I have been staying at this facility for over 2 years for work. I often travel for work and this has been one of the best Hotels I have stayed at. The rooms, common areas and gym are always super clean. The staff is professional, helpful and always friendly. Over my stay the General manager Joanne, Anthony and Milly, and all other staff have always made sure to address any issues I might have. They work as a team and make your feel like this is your home away from home. My family has came to visit multiple times and my wife is amazed at how well this property is ran and how good the staff is. I have personally recommended this hotel to at least 10 people, everyone who stays here for work always comes back to this hotel when they return to work due to the hospitality, cleanliness and customer service. This is a 5 star hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone in the area, as someone whom has stayed at 100+ different hotels and paid twice as much for half the service, you could not ask for more than this hotel has to offer.
